12 Weeks – October to December 2019
• Extensive refurbishment of offices over two occupied phases, complete mechanical and electrical fit out including a/v and data installation, installation of proprietary Optima partitions forming offices and meeting rooms including glazed screens and doors.
• Installation of new canteen, formation of clients breakout areas, decoration and hard and soft floor covering throughout.
• Bespoke finishes to offices, meeting rooms and conference areas.
