20 Weeks – June to October 2023
• Full strip out and extensive refurbishment of existing 5th & 6th floor office suites, lift lobbies and ground floor staff breakout and training areas. New organic/intelligent energy efficient LED lighting installed. New offices formed with Ocula double glazed partitioning systems c/w full height doors and overpanels.
• All new carpet tile, sheet vinyl and vinyl plank flooring throughout all floors.
• All areas on all floors fully decorated and finished to clients own in-house design team specification with extensive use of both individual brick slip wall tiles and natural oak effect slat wall panelling.
