Interact Interiors were instructed by Border Consultancy to refurbish offices for Portman Dental Care.
18 Weeks – February to June 2023
• Extensive bare shell office and dental restorative implantology clinic fitout, new electrical, data, energy efficient LED lighting, fire/intruder, plumbing and HVAC systems installed. Construction of new Ocula single glazed partition systems forming offices and boardroom c/w full height doors, new staff breakout and separate changing areas.
• Formation of new dental restorative implantology room and separate decontamination room together with all required M+E services to specialist equipment. Management and overseeing of specialist dental equipment installations by client’s own nominated contractor.
• All areas fully decorated in clients own neutral tone colours.
